Delicious breakfast, easy check-in and very service-minded staff. The rooms were decent, the beds were incredible. Was in a particularly great area and close to restaurants and bars. The beach nearby was astonishing and the view was stunning.

Loved how descent the property was. Pretty nice area, very central location short walk to shops, restaurants, old town. Centro Comercial S'escorxador was also easy to reach. An air conditioning, a personal safe and a work desk were available in my guest room. They made my stay great.

Stayed here before, appreciated staff and location. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. Efficient check-in, fast check-out.

Very good sized room, amenable staff and beautiful views. Lots of options for breakfast, splendid eggs, cereal and bacon. Private beach nearby, that was what I liked. Also, it was close to plaza espana. Glad that the weather was warm, so I could enjoy its nice pool.

Facilities were amazing, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything was good as always. Hotel was a nice size and picture perfect. Variety of food at breakfast, including eggs, bacon and cereal. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. First day I arrived the staff were eager to help and treated me with exceptional service.

The location is accessible, and staff is helpful. 15 mins walk to the centre. We really loved our stay, it's good value.

No bar. The bed was hard here.

next to palma aquarium, 10 minutes' walk to palma intermodal train station. the rooms were quiet and the bars and cafes had lots of food. the nearby restaurant, via taciolli, was as close as 500 metres from the hotel.

Could not be improved in any way.

This hotel was low-budget. We were happy to find Celler sa Premsa 600 m away, where we could eat. Comfortable place for a weekend in Palma de Mallorca
